LK's Events & Decor ("we", "us") is a wedding and event decorating business. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email lkseventsandecor@outlook.com.
When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your event's date, time, address, type, budget and description, plus the services you're interested in.
We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract to handle enquiries, and on your consent for marketing emails.
We don't sell your information. Enquiries are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox. We may share event details with suppliers or venues only where needed to deliver your booking.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the period required for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
